About Customer Support

At Prolifics, our goal is to provide our customers and our distributors with the finest level of technical support and to assist them in the development of high quality applications in an efficient and effective manner.

Prolifics' Product Support is staffed with technically trained professionals who provide all the support assistance specified in your Software Maintenance Agreement. We will provide you with detailed technical assistance, we will answer your questions, and we will manage the resolution of your problems.

Hours of Operation

Our hours of operation are 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM Eastern Time Monday through Friday. Prolifics observes eight business holidays when Support is not available.

Prolifics will entertain specific requests to provide after hours and weekend support on a time and materials basis.
